Information about me:
I'm a friendly, funny guy, who likes to have fun with the players.
I'm mature enough to know when to stop the fun and be serious.
I'm against corruption, power-abusing and rule-breaking, and I would obviously report a GM -even if it is my best friend- if he/she is abusing his/her GM powers.
Just one thing, specially for other players: I'm not used to be the target of jokes, try not to be too bad I'm usually the one who does the jokes.

1. Why do you want to be a GameMaster?
MythicMS looks like a great server, and I'm sure that it is. But, as in everywhere, some things have to be done to make it even better:
-Rule-breaking, NO!: I want to help MythicMS becoming a safe, friendly place for everyone. Things such as racism or insulting are bad to build a great community; and hacking/glitching makes the game unfair for some people.
-New people: Some people who join, know nothing about the server. This is why I want to help them. If they have a question, I'll be able to answer it easily
-Events: Making regular, but not spam-like, events makes the game fun for everyone, and it also offers some nice rewards for the ones who win!

2. If you were to come face-to-face with a Hacker, what would you do? Be specific in your steps.
1) Make sure the suspect is hacking. (Stay invisible with "Hide" GM Skill)
2) Take some screen-shots where it is easily seen that the player is hacking.
Also, record a video in every moment since I start watching him/her, because surprise-hacking, that is too fast to be screen-shotted, also is important. Most people only use SS and they lose some nice opportunities of proof because they couldn't click the SS Button quickly.
3) Here is a special point:
3.a) If I have permission from HeadGMs and Admins, I would ban him, and show the proofs I got, if requested.
3.b) If I don't have permission to ban, I would immediately report to someone to ban him, giving that someone the proof.
4) Everything ban-appeal related would concern to HeadGMs / Admins, after showing them the proof, since if I report it, it is because the player DID hack. (I never jail/ban/report if I'm not 100% sure the player is breaking a rule)

3. If you were to come face-to-face with a Spammer and/or Abuser, what would you do? Be specific in your steps.
A) Spammer
A.1) I would tell him/her to stop.
A.2) If the player doesn't stop, I'd jail him/her for a fixed ammount of time.
A.3) If, after that, he/she keeps on that, I'd have to ban him.
In every step, to have proof to jail/ban, I obviously would take screen-shots of the spam, to make sure he/she doesn't claim he/she wasn't spamming.
B) Abuser
B.1) See what are they abusing.
B.2) I would jail them and politely talk to them about what did they do.
B.3) If, after this, they keep abusing, I would jail them for longer.
B.4) If, again, after leaving Jail, they still abuse, I would have to ask a high authority to ban the abuser.
Obviously, if what they abuse of is a glitch, and a bad one (like disconnecting a map, or abusing a glitch to get experience), I would have to jail them for a long time, and ban if they do that again.
In every step, to have proof to jail/ban, I obviously would take screen-shots and record a video of them, abusing (so they can't claim they are innocent).

4. Have you ever been a Maplestory GM before?
Yes, I have been GM twice before; I don't remember the names, since I was on them when a v55 server was something new.
But, I only left those servers when they closed, and I want to do the same here: until it closes (and I wish it never does) I won't leave

5. How often would you say you would play MythicMS?
I can play every day, around 4hs or more per day during the week, and around 6hs or more per day during weekend.
